Valiant Shipping S.A. is a family owned and managed distinguished oceangoing vessel operator, offering comprehensive services in every aspect of ship management. Established in 1996, Valiant is one of the oldest 3rd party fleet managers in Greece, having historically owned and managed over 40 ships for more than 25 years.

We have extensive experience in managing a wide range of vessels and sizes including dry bulk carriers, RoRo, RoPax and PCC Vessels for clients including various internationally acclaimed ship owning groups, such as the Grimaldi Lines Maltese Flagged fleet. We are proud to be an integral and vital partner to all our clients by ensuring an extremely high level of service characterised by flawless commercial operations and very low idle periods, optimizing profit margins even in periods of recession.

Additionally, we do not hesitate to employ our profound insight into the industry in order to field highly skilled and experienced personnel. Aligning them with our vision, we enable our team to maximise their potential, leading to the creation of a highly motivated workforce both on board and ashore. To this end, Valiant holds ownership of a professional crew recruiting agency in Varna, Bulgaria, dedicated to furnish our managed fleet with well trained Bulgarian crew. The agency takes pride in having an almost 100% retention rate amongst crew members, most of them being with the company since their very beginning.

  • Imposing very strict rules regarding illegal drug and alcohol abuse. Possession, consumption, distribution or sale of illegal drugs or unauthorized alcohol by any of the Company’s employees will inflict severe consequences.
